I'm a reporter and editor writing about social justice in Washington D.C. for Mother Jones.

My passions include reporting on social justice and politics, producing innovative public radio, finding new ways to engage audiences, and writing about sex, gender, technology, and culture.

You can find my byline in Mother Jones, Splinter (formerly Fusion), WAMU, Washington City Paper, The Daily Dot, DCist, Houston Public Media, and Daily News & Analysis (in India).

I worked as Senior News Editor at the public radio station in Washington D.C. for nearly three years—starting when I was 22.
